[Sashimi] Assortment of three kinds of seasonal fresh fish with garnishes
[Simmered Dish] Softly simmered octopus, leaf-shaped pumpkin, small taro, winter melon, Japanese angelica tree shoots, snow peas, and grated yuzu.
